Project Description:
As a Freelance SEO Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our website for search engines, increasing organic traffic, and improving our online visibility. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute effective SEO strategies tailored to our business objectives, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify relevant search terms and trends in our industry and target market.
2. Optimize website content, including product descriptions, category pages, and blog posts, to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
3. Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, headers, and internal linking, to enhance website visibility and relevance.
4. Monitor website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar platforms, and generate regular reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with our target audience’s interests and search intent.
6. Stay informed about the latest trends and algorithm updates in SEO and search engine marketing, and proactively recommend strategies to adapt to industry changes.
7. Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation in our SEO strategy.
8. Provide recommendations for technical SEO enhancements, such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.
9. Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate SEO initiatives with other digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, and email marketing.
10. Communicate regularly with the team to provide updates on SEO progress, share insights, and collaborate on ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an SEO specialist or similar role, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
2. In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building.
3. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
