Key Responsibilities:

Creative Development: Generate innovative ideas and concepts that align with project goals and effectively communicate key messages, values, and offerings.

Graphic Production: Produce high-quality graphic assets for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and visual impact.

Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make revisions as needed to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes.

Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums and industries.

Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other relevant design tools and technologies.

Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively, generate original ideas, and translate concepts into visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for typography, layout, color, and composition, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, pixel-perfect designs.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, receive feedback, and communicate design rationale.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines without compromising on quality.
